We offer flexible payment options and pricing structures. Our standard pricing* is as follows:Corporate

- $3000.00/week
Subsidized Not-For-Profit/Artist Rates:
Photo/Filming
- Photoshoots: $24.00 per hour
- Filming: $24.00 per hour
Workshops/Classes
- $26.00 per hour
Auditions
4 hour minimum required.
- $24.00 per hour
Rehearsals
4 hour minimum required if booking after 6:00 PM.
- $17.00 per hour
- $15.00 per hour for extended bookings
Theatrical Performances
We offer full-day, fully-loaded packages for load-ins, rehearsals and performances as well as basic evening-only rates and packages for smaller-scale performances.$240.00 per evening and up
$320.00 per day and up
Hours
8:00 am to 10:30 pm, 7 days a week.
If you require a booking outside of these hours, please inquire as we may be able to accomodate.
